VANCOUVER, British Columbia — December 30, 2025 — Leads & Copy — ZenaTech, Inc. (Nasdaq: ZENA) (FSE: 49Q) (BMV: ZENA) has completed three strategic Drone as a Service (DaaS) acquisitions, expanding its portfolio and geographic reach. Two of the acquisitions are in the U.S., and one represents the company’s first Canadian acquisition. The company has completed 19 acquisitions this year.
The acquisitions include Holt Surveying & Mapping, Inc., a land surveying firm in Spokane, Washington; Andrew Spiewak Land Surveyor, Inc., a land surveying and engineering firm in Chicago; and a Halifax-based commercial window washing service firm.
Shaun Passley, Ph.D., ZenaTech CEO, stated that these acquisitions will expand the company’s global footprint and service offerings while building service expertise and customer relationships. He noted that the Canadian and Illinois acquisitions mark new chapters of expansion. The company expects its continued expansion in Washington state and Idaho will position it for growth, integrating new forestry, power generation, and mining drone-based services, in addition to existing infrastructure and construction solutions.
Holt Surveying & Mapping, Inc., founded in 1985, has operations across Washington state and Northern Idaho and maintains customer relationships in the Pacific Northwest construction and infrastructure markets. The acquisition aims to expand ZenaTech’s DaaS offerings into forestry, mining, and hydroelectric power generation.
Andrew Spiewak Land Surveyor, Inc. has provided land surveying and engineering consulting services to builders, developers, architects, and engineers in the Chicago area for over 30 years. ZenaTech believes this acquisition will provide a foundation to expand DaaS-based offerings for land surveys, inspections, and other services in Illinois and the Midwest.
The Halifax, Nova Scotia area commercial window washing company has over 15 years of background specializing in commercial low- to mid-rise buildings. The acquisition marks ZenaTech’s first in Canada and provides a foundation to expand existing land survey and inspection services in eastern Canada, as well as drone-based power washing.
ZenaTech’s DaaS business model provides clients with on-demand or subscription-based access to drone-based services for surveying, inspection, maintenance, power washing, inventory management, and precision agriculture.
