Wipro will leverage artificial intelligence and its consulting expertise to help Odido enhance customer engagement and satisfaction, boost productivity, and streamline operations to achieve cost reductions. The engagement will utilize a self-funded model, where productivity-driven savings are reinvested to fund new digital initiatives, ensuring sustainable and scalable innovation.
As part of the engagement, Wipro will modernize Odido’s digital and enterprise technology landscape, driving IT simplification and automation. The transformation will be powered by Wipro’s WEGA and WINGS AI delivery platforms, part of Wipro Intelligence™, Wipro’s unified suite of AI-powered platforms, solutions, and transformative offerings. This will enable Odido to manage a dynamic ecosystem of agent-driven services and solutions, enhancing service reliability, IT operations, and incident resolution rates.
Wipro’s conversational AI chat solution will improve responsiveness and resilience across Odido’s technology ecosystem, delivering contextualized, multilingual, and conversational self-service capabilities.
Wipro’s experience-led studio model, powered by Designit, will be a key part of the engagement, integrating Wipro’s design studio with its development, design, and engineering teams. This collaboration will allow user and business needs to be captured early and seamlessly translated into solutions, accelerating time to market and consistently delivering high-quality digital experiences.
