August 18, 2025 — Beechinor, AIReporter.news — Windfall Geotek (CSE: WIN, OTCQB: WINKF) has been contracted by Prismo Metals Inc. for $80,000 to apply its AI System to the Hot Breccia property in Arizona, aiming to identify porphyry copper signatures. The Hot Breccia Property spans approximately 1,420 hectares near the past-producing Christmas mine.
Windfall Geotek’s AI system will integrate geophysical, topography, and drillhole data provided by Prismo Metals to develop a CopperPorphyry Target AI-Driven Model, leveraging the digital signature of the nearby historic Christmas Mine.
Alain Lambert, CEO of Prismo Metals, highlighted the project area’s similarities to BHP-Rio Tinto’s Resolution copper deposit and expressed confidence that the collaboration with Windfall Geotek will enhance the understanding and validation of drill targets.
Michel Fontaine, President & CEO of Windfall Geotek, emphasized the mining sector’s increasing adoption of AI for mineral exploration to reduce environmental impact and increase discovery success, noting the AI system’s ability to reduce the footprint of exploration targets by 98–99%.
The Hot Breccia property, located in the Arizona Copper Belt, shares features with neighboring copper mines and has shown copper mineralization associated with polylithic breccia pipes. Prismo performed a ZTEM survey last year that identified a very large conductive anomaly directly beneath the breccia outcrops.
