Whatfix Introduces AI Agents to Boost User Productivity

September 9, 2025 — Leads & Copy — San Jose, Calif. — Whatfix, a digital adoption platform (DAP), has launched Whatfix AI Agents to enhance user productivity and business performance. These agents utilize ScreenSense, Whatfix’s AI technology, to interpret user context and intent in real time.

ScreenSense powers actions like triggering in-app guides, displaying search results, and invoking AI tools. Khadim Batti, CEO and Co-Founder of Whatfix, noted the growing gap between software potential and user impact due to increasing AI investments. Whatfix AI Agents aim to bridge this gap by adapting technology to the user’s context.

The first three agents—Authoring, Insights, and Guidance—are now available. The Authoring Agent generates in-app experiences from natural language prompts, while the Insights Agent offers a conversational interface for product analytics data. The Guidance Agent delivers AI-generated answers within the workflow.

Laurentiu BOGDAN, Operational Excellence Director at Servier, envisions a future where digital solutions self-correct and personalize in real time with Whatfix AI. Whatfix is expanding into AI-first products to further its Userization philosophy, integrating automation and adaptive training. The company won the 2025 AI Breakthrough Award as “Overall AI-based Analytics Solution of the Year.”
