Visionstate Corp. has launched TidyLogic, a new artificial intelligence solution designed to optimize schedules, staffing efficiency, and operational consistency across facility environments. The AI-powered planning tool was developed under Visionstate’s AI division, Next Vision AI Inc., in collaboration with the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (AMII).
TidyLogic transforms traditional paper-based planning into intelligent digital schedules, improving oversight and reducing inefficiencies. A prototype is complete, with a commercial launch scheduled for Q1 2026. Visionstate is inviting select organizations to participate in its beta program.
According to PwC, AI is projected to contribute $15.7 trillion to the global economy by 2030. The global facility management market was valued at over USD $1.3 trillion in 2023, according to Fortune Business Insights.
Key capabilities of TidyLogic include AI-Powered Route Guides, Intelligent Insights, Digital Transformation, and Flexible Deployment.
Visionstate is onboarding beta users ahead of TidyLogic’s full market launch in January 2026. The beta program offers early access, direct influence on product features, discounted onboarding pricing, and priority access to future AI development services.
