The one-hour CLE class introduces attorneys to AI and natural language processing for legal research and practice. The course highlights the evolution from keyword-based search to advanced AI tools, emphasizing effective prompts for precise results.
Additionally, the course addresses ethical considerations, referencing ABA Model Rules of Professional Conduct, including Rule 1.1 (Competence), Rule 1.6 (Confidentiality), Rule 3.3 (Candor Toward the Tribunal) and Rule 5.3 (Responsibilities Regarding Nonlawyer Assistance), to ensure responsible AI integration.
The webinar will review the evolution of AI in legal practice, NLP, crafting effective prompts, demonstrations and legal use cases, pitfalls, and positive AI integration in proceedings.
