Veea Inc. (NASDAQ:VEEA) and Viasat Mexico Partner to Boost Digital Inclusion

NEW YORK, NY — December 11, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Veea Inc. (NASDAQ:VEEA) has announced a collaboration with Viasat Mexico to enhance digital inclusion in underserved communities across Mexico.

The collaboration aims to integrate Veea’s VeeaONE™ intelligent edge platform with Viasat Mexico’s hybrid satellite and terrestrial infrastructure. The goal is to provide managed Wi-Fi and edge applications that transform basic connectivity into digital ecosystems.

The new solution utilizes Viasat Mexico’s existing infrastructure, which includes 1,600 satellite terminals supporting “Internet para Todos” (Internet for Everyone) services, 75 Smart Villages sites, and LTE service across 13 states. The first deployment in Cuetzalingo has demonstrated a positive impact, marking the beginning of a nationwide expansion to convert digital deserts into economic hubs.

According to Veea, the VeeaHub® smart edge devices create mesh networks that extend internet access through satellite, fiber, and cellular backhaul. These devices also host applications locally, enabling AI-assisted telemedicine, smart agriculture, digital commerce, remote education, and environmental monitoring. This is intended to provide performance and reliability in bandwidth-constrained environments.

Allen Salmasi, CEO of Veea, stated that the partnership aims to unlock human potential in communities lacking wide area coverage by creating sustainable digital economies. Héctor Rivero, General Manager of Viasat Mexico, said the initiative transforms their connectivity infrastructure into platforms for economic development and social progress. He added that the impact is already visible in Cuetzalingo, with digital transformation changing lives and creating opportunities for local residents.

The collaboration will also amplify Viasat Mexico’s Embajadoras Mexico Program, which partners with local representatives to develop digital skills in connected communities.

Viasat Mexico provides internet access across Mexico through satellite and terrestrial networks, serving over 1,600 communities with Internet para Todos services and operating LTE networks across 13 states. Veea Inc., founded in 2014 and based in New York City, delivers edge intelligence that unifies connectivity, computing, storage, and AI-driven cybersecurity in a single platform.
