December 3, 2025 — UiPath, Inc., a global leader in agentic automation, has released its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, which ended on October 31, 2025. The company reported significant growth in key areas, including a revenue increase and GAAP profitability.
According to Daniel Dines, UiPath Founder and Chief Executive Officer, the company’s third-quarter results showcased an ARR of $1.782 billion, marking an 11% year-over-year increase. He attributed this performance to the team’s dedication and the increasing demand for agentic automation solutions. Dines highlighted that enterprises are seeking unified platforms that combine deterministic automation, agentic automation, and orchestration. UiPath’s platform provides a trusted system that delivers meaningful outcomes for its customers.
Key financial highlights from UiPath’s third quarter fiscal 2026 include:
- Revenue increased by 16% year-over-year, reaching $411 million.
- ARR reached $1.782 billion as of October 31, 2025, up 11% year-over-year.
- Net new ARR amounted to $59 million.
- The dollar-based net retention rate was 107%.
- GAAP gross margin stood at 83%, with a non-GAAP gross margin of 85%.
- GAAP operating income was reported at $13 million, while non-GAAP operating income reached $88 million.
- Net cash flow from operations was $28 million.
- Non-GAAP adjusted free cash flow was $28 million.
- As of October 31, 2025, the company held $1.52 billion in cash, cash equivalents, and marketable securities.
Ashim Gupta, UiPath Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, noted that the company exceeded guidance across the board, achieving its first GAAP profitable third quarter. The progress made in strengthening operating rhythm and execution is reflected in these results, positioning the company well for the end of the year.
UiPath provided the following financial outlook for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2026:
- Revenue is expected to range from $462 million to $467 million.
- ARR is projected to be between $1.844 billion and $1.849 billion as of January 31, 2026.
- Non-GAAP operating income is anticipated to be approximately $140 million.
