December 2, 2025 — Leads & Copy —Trane Technologies (NYSE: TT) has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Stellar Energy Digital business (“Stellar Energy”) from Stellar Energy International, Ltd. for an undisclosed amount.
The transaction is expected to close in early 2026, pending regulatory approval and other closing conditions.
Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Stellar Energy, headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, specializes in designing and building modular cooling plants, central utility plants, and coolant distribution units for liquid-cooled data centers and complex corporate enterprises.
The acquisition will incorporate Stellar Energy’s existing Digital business operations, including two assembly operations in Jacksonville, Florida, and its team of approximately 700 employees.
