SupportLogic Intros Chatbot SX for Real-Time AI Support on Salesforce Agentforce

San Jose, CA — September 4, 2025 — Leads & Copy — SupportLogic has launched SupportLogic Chatbot SX, an AI-powered product for Support Experience (SX) management, bringing real-time signal intelligence, sentiment analysis, and proactive support automation to Salesforce’s Agentforce platform. The new product enables enterprise support teams to gain visibility and control over chatbot conversations, starting with Salesforce Agentforce, without disrupting workflows.

Recent chatbot errors have highlighted the risks of inaccurate responses, which can lead to customer frustration and legal issues. SupportLogic Chatbot SX aims to provide real-time monitoring and precision retrieval to prevent misinformation, protect brand trust, and increase first-contact resolution (FCR).

Chatbot SX ingests real-time chat data from Agentforce, detects sentiment and urgency, merges chatbot transcripts with support case metadata, flags hallucinations and anomalies, and augments chatbot answers with verified knowledge.

Karan Sood, Chief Product Officer at SupportLogic, said the product lays the groundwork for deeper chatbot collaboration across the support lifecycle. SupportLogic Chatbot SX will be available in Q3 through an Early Access Program.
