LAS VEGAS, NV — January 5, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Stagwell (NASDAQ:STGW) has launched “The Machine,” an AI-native agentic operating system designed to enhance existing marketing tools. The platform, developed by Code and Theory, a digital transformation agency within Stagwell, aims to create a unified system that learns from each marketing campaign.
The Machine integrates with tools like Figma, Slack, Teams, and Adobe, transforming disconnected workflows into a system powered by AI agents and Stagwell’s resources. The goal is to enable continuous learning and adaptation, making each subsequent campaign more efficient.
Mark Penn, Chairman and CEO of Stagwell, stated that the launch of The Machine, along with the release of newvoices.AI and partnerships with Palantir and Gradial, solidifies Stagwell’s position as a leader in marketing AI.
Dan Gardner, Founder and Chairman of Code and Theory, explained that The Machine is designed to improve existing tools rather than replace them, transforming operations into an agentic system.
Early models of The Machine are already in use by Code and Theory clients. Stagwell is demonstrating The Machine at CES January 6-9 at booth #L2-P2, showcasing use cases such as cross-functional orchestration, intelligence in context, unified strategic spine, creative content production at scale, and real-time tracking.
Michael Treff, CEO of Code and Theory, said that The Machine connects people, content, data, and technology, enabling marketers to fully leverage AI.
The Machine will be available for enterprise deployment in Q1 2025.
Code and Theory’s clients include Qualcomm, TIME, Stanley Black & Decker, Henry Schein and T. Rowe Price.
