Saran brings nearly 20 years of experience in financial leadership, capital markets, and strategic finance to the role. She is currently an audit partner at SHIM & Associates LLP, providing accounting and audit services to publicly traded companies.
Anoosh Manzoori, Chief Executive Officer of SPARC AI Inc., expressed his pleasure in welcoming Saran to the leadership team, citing her depth of experience and understanding of public company financial reporting as instrumental to the company’s strategic objectives and building long-term shareholder value.
The company also announced that John Dinan has stepped down from the role of Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately.
