January 21, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Sovereign AI (S-AI), a UK-based AI infrastructure and solutions provider, has partnered with Accenture and Palantir Technologies Inc. to develop and expand next-generation AI data centers across EMEA.
The collaboration aims to establish a resilient AI foundation for commercial and government sectors, addressing the increasing demand for advanced AI infrastructure for industrial growth and national security.
S-AI’s initiative involves Accenture and Palantir in accelerating the development and deployment of its Dell AI Factory- and NVIDIA-powered AI capabilities. This supports economic security and digital resilience across EMEA, with planned expansion into APAC, according to the release.
Bradd Lewis, CEO of Sovereign AI, emphasized the company’s commitment to building the industrial base for AI by investing in scalable data centers in the UK and EMEA.
The initiative will drive the construction and management of new generation, transmission, and compute capacity, enabling the creation of hyperscale NVIDIA-powered data centers built for AI, leveraging the Dell AI Factory. Chain Reaction, Palantir’s operating system for AI infrastructure, will orchestrate this buildout from power generation to compute deployment.
Palantir will provide the software to operate and manage the critical infrastructure, while Accenture will lead digital transformation, operational excellence, and large-scale delivery, including sales and engineering support. The Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA will serve as the secure, high-performance backbone essential for sovereign environments.
Bryan E. Rich, senior managing director at Accenture, stated that the collaboration will establish a new model for managing the expansion of AI infrastructure to address national and economic security needs.
Kevin Kawasaki, global head of business development at Palantir, noted that Palantir Chain Reaction software provides an advantage in AI infrastructure buildout as an operating system for business expansion and for delivering enterprise AI capabilities.
Justin Boitano, vice president, Enterprise AI Platforms at NVIDIA, stated that S-AI’s collaboration with Accenture, Dell Technologies, Palantir, and NVIDIA sets the blueprint for deploying AI factories engineered to generate tokens at scale and turn efficient inference into revenue.
Arun Narayanan, senior vice president, Compute and Networking at Dell Technologies, highlighted that sovereign AI ensures entities maintain control and ownership of their AI capabilities, emphasizing data sovereignty and security.
The S-AI project follows the launch of the Accenture Palantir Business Group, which is dedicated to accelerating the delivery of AI and data solutions for global clients.
