SANTA CLARA, Calif. — October 8, 2025 — Leads & Copy — SoundHound AI, Inc. (Nasdaq: SOUN) and Apivia Courtage, part of AEMA Group, are partnering to bring agentic AI to Apivia Courtage’s contact centers via SoundHound’s Amelia 7 AI agent platform. Apivia Courtage will deploy Amelia 7 as part of its digital transformation strategy, building on a successful relationship that saw SoundHound’s Amelia platform drive a 20% productivity increase at the insurer’s contact center.
Since 2023, the partnership has introduced advanced AI agents to support Apivia Courtage’s team and improve customer service. SoundHound’s AI Agents have handled thousands of calls on medical expense reimbursement and insurance guarantee levels, allowing human teams to focus on relationships with brokers and clients.
Amelia 7’s agentic capabilities will enable Apivia Courtage to handle inbound customer queries with AI agents that can reason, act, and perform complex tasks. Customers can “self-serve” without escalating to a human agent.
Key features include verifying customer identity, answering contract questions, updating personal information, calculating the financial impact of contract updates, and sending quotes or scheduling meetings.
Apivia Courtage is piloting this technology and will showcase it at Reavie in Cannes, France, between October 8-10. The company evaluated SoundHound’s agentic AI using benchmarks to ensure it was robust.
