December 15, 2025 — Leads & Copy — ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) has completed its acquisition of Moveworks, aiming to enhance employee engagement and AI adoption.
The acquisition combines ServiceNow’s AI and workflows with Moveworks’ AI assistant and Reasoning Engine, to expand the ServiceNow AI Platform and improve how employees interact with work.
With this integration, ServiceNow seeks to create an AI-native front door that converts conversations into completed tasks, enabling autonomous issue resolution and intelligent workflows.
Enterprises such as Siemens, Toyota, and Unilever already trust Moveworks’ AI assistant and reasoning engine, with ServiceNow being one of its more than 100 technology integrations.
Amit Zavery, president, chief operating officer, and chief product officer at ServiceNow, said Moveworks accelerates ServiceNow’s AI vision for businesses.
Bhavin Shah, CEO of Moveworks, stated that joining ServiceNow will scale their agentic strategy, integrating their AI Assistant and Reasoning Engine with ServiceNow’s workflow automation and AI governance for end-to-end resolution for employees everywhere.
