Serve Robotics Expands to Chicago, Bringing Autonomous Deliveries to the Windy City with Uber Eats

Chicago, September 30, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Serve Robotics Inc. Starting today, Chicagoans in 14 neighborhoods can enjoy deliveries from over 100 restaurants via Serve’s sidewalk robots, offering contact-free convenience to hundreds of thousands of households.

Megan Jensen, Head of Autonomous Delivery Operations at Uber Eats, noted that the partnership with Serve Robotics reflects their commitment to improving the customer delivery experience.

Chicago’s pedestrian infrastructure, dining scene, and innovative culture make it an ideal location for sidewalk delivery. Serve Robotics has collaborated with local partners to integrate its robots into the community.

The Chicago launch marks a step toward deploying 2,000 AI-powered delivery robots across the U.S. by the end of 2025.
