Ted Carefoot, CEO of Scope Technologies Corp., stated that the rebrand reflects the company’s identity and future direction as its technologies and partnerships expand. He said the name “QSE” perfectly defines their focus.
James Young, Director of Scope Technologies Corp., added that the goal is to establish QSE as the primary name in post-quantum security and encryption, ensuring the name reflects innovation and trust.
The company will transition all corporate materials, communications, and branding to QSE (Quantum Secure Encryption Corp.) in the coming weeks and expects the CSE ticker symbol to change to “QSE”.
Shareholders are not required to exchange existing share certificates. The name change does not affect the company’s share structure or shareholder rights.
This evolution occurs as the company continues to grow, expand enterprise adoption, and advance its range of quantum-resilient data protection products, such as Quantum-Proof Cloud Storage, Entropy Key Generation, and Quantum Preparedness Assessment (QPA) solutions.
