September 11, 2025 — Leads & Copy — SAP SE (NYSE: SAP) has completed its acquisition of SmartRecruiters, the Recruiting AI Company, the company announced today. Together, SAP and SmartRecruiters aim to accelerate innovation in talent acquisition, providing customers with a platform designed to meet enterprise hiring needs.
The integration promises faster delivery of AI capabilities, end-to-end talent solutions, and user experiences. SmartRecruiters will serve the dual needs of enterprises by catering to both high-volume, frontline hiring and corporate recruiting.
SmartRecruiters will continue to operate in two ways: integrating its innovation into the SAP SuccessFactors suite and as a standalone recruiting solution interoperable with SuccessFactors and other HCM systems.

SmartRecruiters will be present at industry events this fall, including HR Tech in Las Vegas, SuccessConnect in Las Vegas, Unleash World in Paris, and Gartner ReimagineHR events in London, Orlando, and Sydney.
SmartRecruiters is an AI-powered hiring platform used by over 4,000 organizations, including Amazon, Visa, and McDonald’s.
