Samsara Inc. (NYSE: IOT) has announced its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal year 2026, which ended on November 1, 2025. The company has also released a shareholder letter that is available on Samsara’s investor relations website.
According to Sanjit Biswas, CEO and co-founder of Samsara, the company experienced another robust quarter of sustainable and efficient expansion. Samsara concluded the third quarter with $1.75 billion in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Biswas stated that their impetus is fueled by their collaboration with some of the world’s most sizable and intricate physical operations organizations. The company marked a significant milestone with a substantial large customer quarter. Customers contributing over $100,000 in ARR now account for more than $1 billion in ARR, reflecting a 36% year-over-year increase. Biswas added that as they enter the Age of Intelligence, they are assisting their customers in leveraging AI to enhance the intelligence of their operations and improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
Some financial highlights from the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 include:
- Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR): $1,745.1 million, a 29% year-over-year change
- Total Revenue: $416.0 million, a 29% year-over-year change
- GAAP Gross Profit: $319.0 million
- GAAP Operating Loss: $(1.7) million
- GAAP Net Income per Share (basic and diluted): $0.01
- Net Cash Provided by Operating Activities: $63.7 million
- Adjusted Free Cash Flow: $55.8 million
The company has also provided financial outlook for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2026:
- Fourth Quarter Total Revenue: $421 million – $423 million (22% year/year revenue growth)
- Full Year Total Revenue: $1.595 billion – $1.597 billion (28% year/year revenue growth)
- Non-GAAP Operating Margin: 16%
- Non-GAAP Net Income per Share, diluted: $0.50 – $0.51
