The company has granted an aggregate of 75,000 stock options, which are exercisable at $0.74 per share. These options are valid for a term of three years. Additionally, Rocket Doctor AI has granted an aggregate of 212,148 restricted share units, also valid for a term of three years.
These stock options and restricted share units are issued pursuant to the Company’s share compensation plans and are subject to vesting over one year.
