Mr. Cherry currently serves as the Chair of the Company’s Audit Committee. The company also extended its gratitude to Mr. Worner for his service and wished him well.
In addition to the leadership change, Rocket Doctor AI has granted an aggregate of 579,028 stock options exercisable at $0.84 per share. These options are valid for three to five years. The company also granted 931,112 restricted share units, which are valid for two to five years, to executive officers, directors, and consultants of Rocket Doctor AI Inc. and its subsidiary, Rocket Doctor Inc.
These stock options and restricted share units are issued according to the company’s share compensation plans and are subject to vesting conditions.
