RIWI reported revenue of $1,441,366 for the quarter ending September 30, 2025, a 36.1% increase from $1,059,034 in the same quarter last year. The revenue breakdown includes $669,231 from transactions, $355,833 from recurring subscriptions, and $416,302 from project-based work. The twelve-month trailing revenue reached a record $6,422,111 by the end of the quarter.
The company reported a net loss of $247,230 and an operating loss of $234,334, compared to a net loss of $393,177 and an operating loss of $395,868 for the quarter ended September 30, 2024.
In early August 2025, RIWI launched a Cost Savings Plan to streamline sales and operations, emphasizing profitability. This plan included temporary salary reductions for certain personnel, supplemented by performance-based incentives tied to profitability milestones, aligning management compensation with shareholder value creation.
