RingCentral, Inc. (NYSE: RNG) has launched an agentic voice AI suite, including AI Receptionist (AIR), AI Virtual Assistant (AVA), and AI Conversation Expert (ACE). The suite covers every stage of the conversation journey: AIR handles calls, captures leads, and seamlessly hands off conversations; AVA provides real-time assistance during interactions; and ACE unlocks insights from customer interactions. AIR is available in the US, UK, and Canada. AVA is available in the U.S. through an early access program, with expanded capabilities rolling out in early 2026. ACE is currently available for all RingCentral customers, with the Insights module available for select customers with general availability in early 2026.
