November 5, 2025 — Redwire Corporation (NYSE:RDW) reported its third-quarter results, which ended September 30, 2025. Revenue increased by 50.7% to $103.4 million, but the net loss also increased to $(41.2) million. Redwire Chairman and CEO Peter Cannito stated that the company is making progress in its transformation into a scalable, multi-domain growth platform. The acquisition of Edge Autonomy strengthened Redwire’s positioning. Internal execution was sharpened by eliminating costs and streamlining operations, resulting in an Adjusted Gross Margin of 27.1%.
Key strategic opportunities were closed, such as Roll-Out Solar Arrays for Axiom Space and Stalker UAS sales for the U.S. Army and a European NATO ally, resulting in a Book-to-Bill ratio of 1.25. However, the U.S. government shutdown is expected to delay key awards into 2026.
CFO Jonathan Baliff highlighted the company’s path to profitability, realizing record revenue and sequential improvement in Adjusted Gross Margin.
Chief Accounting Officer Chris Edmunds added that the addition of Edge Autonomy has already improved the company’s financial profile. The company expects this trend to continue, with revenue growth driven by an improved Book-to-Bill ratio, diversification in contract mix, gross margin expansion, and increased operating leverage.
For the twelve months ended December 31, 2025, Redwire is forecasting full-year revenues of $320 million to $340 million, including Edge Autonomy from the date of close (June 13, 2025).
