DUBLIN, Ohio — December 3, 2025 — Leads & Copy — reAlpha Tech Corp. (Nasdaq: AIRE) has appointed Thomas Kutzman as CEO of its real estate brokerage division, reAlpha Realty.
Kutzman, formerly co-founder of Prevu, Inc., joined reAlpha Realty following the company’s acquisition of Prevu in November 2025. Prevu, under Kutzman’s leadership, developed a digital homebuying platform operating in 12 states and Washington, D.C. The company was recognized in 2022 as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies by Inc. 5000 and is known for its consumer-centric brokerage model.
reAlpha CEO Mike Logozzo stated that Kutzman’s experience in scaling a technology-enabled brokerage makes him the ideal leader to integrate the Prevu platform and expand reAlpha Realty’s footprint.
Kutzman will be responsible for the strategic development and national expansion of reAlpha Realty. His duties include shaping the vision for reAlpha’s brokerage platform and strengthening the alignment of mortgage and title operations. He will also focus on improving efficiency, customer experience, and agent productivity across key markets. Additionally, Kutzman will oversee the integration of Prevu’s technology into reAlpha’s ecosystem to establish a technology-driven brokerage model.
Kutzman stated that he is excited to lead reAlpha Realty to deliver value to customers and agents.
Kutzman will report to Logozzo and will join the company’s executive leadership team.
