David Michaud, Founder, CEO and Director of Parvis Invest Inc. (TSXV: PVIS), has increased his ownership stake in the company through a series of recent insider purchases.
Between May 12, 2023, and November 6, 2025, Michaud acquired 1,472,246 common shares at an average price of about $0.06 per share, increasing his ownership from about 12.7% to 15.7% of the company’s issued and outstanding common shares, according to the company.
The acquisitions, executed through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange, include the purchase of 100,000 common shares at an average price of $0.065 on December 11, 2024. As a result, Michaud now owns 4,212,670 common shares of Parvis.
In addition, Michaud owns 224,800 stock options and 267,717 restrictive share units exercisable into common shares. If these options and units were fully exercised, he would own 4,866,868 common shares, or about 16.48% of the company’s issued and outstanding common shares, assuming the exercise of all stock options, share purchase warrants, and rights, according to Parvis.
Michaud acquired the common shares for investment purposes, as will be disclosed in an Early Warning Report to be filed on SEDAR+, the company said. He will review these investments regularly and may increase or decrease his holdings in the future. He may also acquire or dispose of securities of the company through the market, privately, or otherwise, as circumstances warrant and in compliance with securities regulations.
