The placement consisted of 2,000,000 units priced at $0.05 per unit. This offering was initially disclosed on January 23, 2026.
Each unit includes one common share of the company and one transferable common share purchase warrant. Each warrant allows the holder to buy an additional share at $0.06 per share for three years from the issuance date.
