ZURICH, Sept./ 30, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Open Systems, a provider of Managed SASE solutions, has announced that Dennis Monner will take over from Daniel Neuhaus as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2025.
Monner, an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity, cloud, and networking, previously founded Gateprotect and Secucloud. Neuhaus, who joined Open Systems after its acquisition of Sqooba, held roles including Chief Product Officer and CTO before becoming CEO in 2023. He oversaw product expansion and guided the company through its acquisition by Swiss Post.
According to Daniel Gerber, Chairman of the Board, Monner’s expertise will accelerate growth and transform Open Systems to expand its global impact using AI. This transition comes as Open Systems celebrates 35 years of innovation and customer trust in October 2025.
