The acquisition of LawBase marks Onit’s continued investment in the SLED vertical, and reinforces its position as a comprehensive legal operations partner.
With the acquisition, Onit combines two case-management solutions in the government sector. SLED agencies now have access to expertise, security, and a unified ecosystem of AI-powered legal workflow tools.
According to Michael Farlekas, CEO of Onit, the acquisition strengthens Onit’s commitment to SLED customers and accelerates the vision for a best-of-breed government case-management portfolio.
