The acquisition expands Ondas’ product offerings and broadens its presence in the counter-UAS market, positioning the company as a provider of layered solutions that offer both hard and soft mitigation capabilities. Ondas also anticipates the acquisition will extend its reach to over 25 countries, including Tier-1 defense, public safety, and security agencies tasked with protecting critical infrastructure.
