OfficeSpace Software Acquires Dojo AI to Revolutionize Workplace Management with AI

October 8, 2025 — Leads & Copy — OfficeSpace Software, a provider of AI workplace management platforms, has acquired Dojo AI, which specializes in AI for space planning and workplace analytics. The acquisition aims to integrate Dojo’s patented AI technology into OfficeSpace’s platform, creating the first AI operating system for the built environment with end-to-end capabilities to predictively manage space, assets, employee experience, ticketing workflows, and workplace analytics to optimize commercial real estate portfolios at scale.

Enterprises using Dojo’s AI have reportedly streamlined workflows, reduced costs, and increased revenue by automating 30–60% of space and occupancy planner workloads, and increasing occupancy by 66% through improved workplace design. With the acquisition, OfficeSpace aims to lead the market for predictive and prescriptive space planning, compressing planning cycles and unlocking new ROI streams.

Dojo AI’s technology automates stackplans, delivers predictive utilization forecasting, suggests adjacencies, and generates floor plans instantly within OfficeSpace. The company also plans to introduce continuous agentic AI models across its platform, enabling workplace leaders to collaborate with AI agents. OfficeSpace offers Early Access membership to clients and prospects to test new capabilities.

Erin Mulligan Helgren, CEO of OfficeSpace, said that the acquisition will not only improve planning efficiency, but also reimagine real estate as a performance engine that lowers costs, creates revenue, and fuels culture.

Andres Avalos, Chief Product Officer, added that the integration of Dojo AI technology into OfficeSpace means users will no longer face a blank canvas in block and stack planning, scenario modeling, and employee experience, as the platform creates the starting point and presents the best options in minutes.

Dan Goldstern, CEO & Co-Founder of Dojo, said that joining forces with OfficeSpace will accelerate a major shift in how teams collaborate and people get things done, making offices magnets and portfolios dynamic, data-driven assets.

Tal Kerret, President of Silverstein Properties, noted that Dojo’s AI technology has been instrumental in helping them and their tenants plan, manage, and optimize their space plans, scenarios, employee collaboration, and workplace utilization across 16 million square feet of commercial real estate.
