BETSource Partners with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship to Enhance Mobile App
Vancouver, British Columbia — January 9, 2026 — Leads & Copy — GOAT Industries Ltd. has announced that its portfolio company, BETSource, has partnered with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) to enhance BKFC’s mobile app ecosystem.
According to the agreement dated January 9, 2026, BETSource will be reimbursed for operating costs related to its services and will receive a share of revenues earned through the BKFC App. The revenue share will increase with new app users. The agreement does not include exclusivity provisions or minimum performance commitments.
BKFC has experienced global expansion, with metrics including a doubling of live event attendance, over 250 million fans in social media reach, and growth into more than 60 countries. BKFC also has a content, promotional, and sales partnership with the YES Network, which described BKFC as the “World’s Fastest Growing Combat Sports Promotion.”
David Feldman, Founder and President of BKFC, said the company is excited to work with BETSource to evolve the BKFC App experience for its growing fan base. He added that the partnership is an important first step in implementing BETSource’s technology within BKFC’s digital ecosystem, focusing on a premium, engaging fan experience.
BETSource’s engagement and sportsbook attribution capabilities are expected to deepen in-app interaction, support retention, and drive measurable outcomes that support BKFC’s broader monetization and engagement objectives.
Kevin Cornish, Chief Executive Officer of GOAT, said that the partnership is a strong example of the commercial momentum building across GOAT’s portfolio. Cornish added that as BKFC’s audience continues to scale, the quality of the digital experience matters, and BETSource is well positioned to help enhance the BKFC App experience.
Additionally, GOAT Industries has engaged 1502655 B.C. Ltd. to provide investor relations services for a six-month term, in accordance with Canadian Securities Exchange policies. 1502655 provides strategic digital media, marketing, and data analytics services to increase investor awareness of public issuers. The company will assist with investor relations strategy and tactics, develop operational performance metrics, implement plans for presenting the company to the financial community, assist with investor awareness, and aid in communicating appropriate information. The company will pay 1502655 up to $400,000 for its services.
