Uniserve Announces Results of Annual General Meeting

Vancouver, BC – Uniserve Communications Corporation (TSXV: USS) announced the results of the votes at its Annual General Meeting held on Monday, November 24, 2025. The meeting addressed the re-appointment of directors and the continuation of the Company’s Stock Option Plan.
The company has 34,849,556 common shares issued and outstanding, with 21 shareholders voting and representing 45.79% of the total shares.
During the meeting, the Directors’ Report for the consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year ending May 31, 2025, and the accompanying Auditors Report were presented.
Shareholders approved setting the number of directors to be elected to the board for the following year at eight. Earnest C. Beaudin, Kwin Grauer, Bikramjeet (Rony) Pawar, Bradley Scharfe, Zelong (Roger) He, and Graham Johnstone were re-appointed with Steven Maxwell joining the board.
Steven Maxwell is an IT professional and serves as a Director and President of Megawire Inc., as well as a Director and President of DKS Group Holdings, Waterloo Wireless, and Emerald Flow Consulting.
Dale, Matheson, Carr-Hilton, Labonte were reappointed as the Company’s auditors.
The continuation of the Company’s Stock Option Plan, as amended, received shareholder approval with 98.94% voting in favor and 1.06% against. The company will file its amended plan with the TSX Venture Exchange for final approval, as per TSX Policy 4.4.
