Andina Copper Appoints Strategic Advisor and Announces $3 Million Private Placement
October 10, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Andina Copper Corporation (CSE:ADNC) (FSE:FIR) (OTCQB:PMMCF) has appointed Daniel Earle as Strategic Advisor and announced a fully subscribed non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of $3,000,000 through the issue of 7,500,000 shares at $0.40 per share.
Daniel Earle brings over 20 years of experience in the mining sector and mining capital markets. He is currently President and CEO of Highlander Silver and previously served as President and CEO of Solaris Resources.
The private placement will fund exploration at the Cobrasco Copper-Molybdenum Project (Chocó, Colombia) and the Piuquenes Copper-Gold Porphyry Project (San Juan, Argentina). The closing date is anticipated for October 31, 2025, subject to CSE acceptance. Securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.
The Company has granted 2,000,000 stock options of a 5-year term to Strategic Advisors, employees, and consultants, exercisable at prices ranging from $0.40 to $0.55.
Chairman Tony Manini stated that Dan’s experience in South America with Solaris Resources and Highlander Silver, together with his Canadian capital markets network and experience, will be invaluable.
