DOVER, DE — October 31, 2025 — Leads & Copy — MeetGeek has released AI Voice Agents, enabling AI to actively participate in virtual meetings across Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams.
The AI agents can communicate verbally, ask questions, and perform tasks during live calls, according to the company.
The launch marks a shift from passively recording and summarizing discussions to active AI participation. According to MeetGeek, the agents can join meetings, guide conversations, collect information, and follow predefined workflows.
Organizations can customize the agents for specific business processes or select from ready-to-use templates developed for common use cases, such as AI Screen Recruiter, AI Lead Discovery Agent, AI Customer Success Agent, AI Scrum Master, and AI Meeting Copilot.
MeetGeek said its AI Voice Agents utilize advanced natural language processing and contextual understanding to communicate with meeting participants in real time. The Voice Agents connect to over 10,000 enterprise applications and the company confirmed that its systems are GDPR-compliant, SOC 2 Type II certified, and HIPAA-ready.
Future updates will enhance the Voice Agents’ capacity to manage more complex dialogues and deeper integrations with communication and task management tools, MeetGeek said. The company will demonstrate the AI Voice Agents in a webinar on November 11, 2025.
