Medical Care Technologies Inc. Announces Division of AI Health Applications

MESA, ARIZONA — October 7, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Medical Care Technologies Inc. (OTC Pink:MDCE), an innovator in AI-driven preventive healthcare, has announced its strategic plan to separate its artificial intelligence health applications into two distinct divisions. One division will be designed for clinical validation and regulatory approval, and the other will be tailored for consumer and research-based wellness monitoring.

The company’s platform integrates diagnostic and predictive modules powered by deep learning, computer vision, and biometric analytics. MDCE has identified which components align with medical datasets, regulatory pathways, and FDA validation potential, and which are best positioned for general wellness and behavioral research markets.

The Clinical AI Division will include technologies and datasets that can be recognized and supported by the medical community and can advance through regulated validation processes such as FDA 510(k) or De Novo pathways. Modules include dermatological screening using skin lesion analysis for early detection of melanoma, ocular imaging and retinal health analytics to identify indicators of diabetic retinopathy and vascular disease, and a wound care module for hospitals and clinics to predict infection risk and accelerate post-surgical recovery analytics. These modules are expected to advance toward formal validation studies and regulatory pre-submission processes in upcoming quarters.

The Consumer AI Division will include emerging applications that provide general health insights and behavioral analytics, but are not intended for medical diagnosis or treatment. Applications include a mental health & micro-expression tracker for stress and emotional patterns through facial analytics, and lifestyle & preventive health scoring with predictive models combining skin tone, eye health, and facial metrics.

Medical Care Technologies Inc. is developing an AI health analytics platform that uses image-based and biometric data to predict, detect, and prevent chronic disease.
