LogicMark (OTC:LGMK) Enhances AI-Driven Software for Aging Loved Ones’ Security

DETROIT, MICHIGAN — October 31, 2025 — Leads & Copy — LogicMark Inc. (OTC: LGMK) is enhancing its Software-As-A-Service model with its Caring Platform as a Service (CPaaS), a connected care platform that collects and analyzes data from LogicMark products and third-party partner devices.

The company says this empowers patients and caregivers to communicate in real-time and act on care needs. Caregivers are immediately notified if a patient’s device leaves a preset location or a fall is detected, thanks to personalized patient monitoring. LogicMark says its CPaaS platform empowers a new level of remote monitoring, potentially helping older adults live more independently.

The company, which sells advanced wearable safety devices with two-way calling and fall detection, offers a powerful AI-driven platform designed to help patients and their caregivers manage care at home and on-the-go. LogicMark’s AI-enabled SaaS offering is scalable and ensures constant connectivity, linking people, devices, and caregivers.

LogicMark says its new approach not only promises a better user experience for customers, but a bigger piece of the smart personal safety devices and software market pie for the company, with the market projected to surpass $147 billion by 2037. LogicMark is confident it can secure a larger market share and revenue through this recurring revenue stream component of its Software-as-a-Service focus, given SaaS models typically charge a fixed rate. LogicMark is targeting government markets like Medicare and Veterans Health departments.

A November deal with Black Knight Medical, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), will enable LogicMark to leverage Black Knight Medical’s expertise in medical supply distribution and government contracting to potentially enhance access to medical alert devices and its SaaS for veterans across the U.S.

Aster, LogicMark’s mobile app, turns smartphones into personal protection devices and contacts emergency services. It is a subscription-based software application, available on both Apple and Google Play stores, that pairs with the Aster Emergency button. LogicMark says Aster propels LogicMark into a new addressable market with the potential to generate multiple revenue streams, and that LogicMark is harnessing the software technology underpinning Aster to produce other IoT solutions.

“Aster is an excellent example of how our Caring Platform as a Service (CPaaS) model can be leveraged to launch other mobile and internet-of-things (IoT) solutions,” said LogicMark’s CEO.
