NEW YORK, December 2, 2025 — Leads & Copy —Kroll and CrowdStrike have announced a multi-year strategic partnership to enhance managed detection and response (MDR) services and improve cyber resilience for customers globally.
As part of the agreement, Kroll plans to migrate protection for over half a million endpoints to the CrowdStrike Falcon® platform, utilizing Falcon® Complete Next-Gen MDR through the Falcon Complete for Service Providers program. Consolidating legacy tools onto CrowdStrike’s AI-native platform will enable Kroll to deliver faster, more effective detection, investigation, and full-cycle remediation, while continuing to provide its cyber advisory and incident response services.
Falcon Complete Next-Gen MDR is reported to deliver a 75% reduction in mean time to respond (MTTR) and resolves over 13 million detections annually. According to the press release, this performance underscores the platform’s ability to unite expert-led operations and AI-driven automation to stop breaches with speed and precision.
Tom Etheridge, chief global services officer at CrowdStrike, stated that the partnership represents the industry’s direction, combining expertise with AI-native technology for faster, smarter protection.
