OTTAWA — October 27, 2025 Leads & Copy — Kinaxis Inc. (TSX:KXS) has signed a multi-year deal with a major U.S. retailer to deploy its AI-powered RapidResponse platform across global logistics operations, lifting shares 6.1 percent this week.
The Ottawa-based firm said the contract will generate more than $50 million in recurring revenue over five years, with implementation set to begin in early 2026. The platform will integrate predictive analytics and real-time demand sensing into the retailer’s inventory and distribution systems.
CEO John Sicard said the agreement reflects growing demand for AI-driven supply chain resilience amid geopolitical disruptions and climate-linked volatility.
Kinaxis shares are up 28 percent year-to-date, outperforming Canadian tech benchmarks.
