Tel Aviv, Israel — January 5, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Kardome has launched Cognition AI, a technology designed to make on-device voice interfaces intelligent and bring natural voice interaction to cars, homes, and the workplace.
Cognition AI, combined with Spatial Hearing AI, powers Kardome’s next-generation on-device voice AI solutions. The technology enables systems to identify speakers and understand their intent without relying on commands or cloud connectivity.

Cognition AI allows voice interfaces to operate naturally and privately, handling variability without requiring pre-scripted inputs, according to Kardome. The on-device Small Language Model mimics the human auditory-cognition system, interpreting intent and context in real time. It handles simple tasks on the device and activates cloud LLMs only when deeper reasoning is required, bringing voice interfaces closer to natural human communication.
Cognition AI and Spatial Hearing AI together provide 3D sound localization and identification, real-time multi-speaker separation, and context-based interaction, according to the company.
Kardome will demonstrate Cognition AI live at CES 2026, Booth #4117 (West Hall), showcasing real-time demos across automotive, smart home, and industrial applications.
