JetStream Security Launches AI Governance Platform with $34M Seed Funding

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — March 3, 2026 — Leads & Copy — JetStream Security, founded by veteran security operators, has launched its AI governance platform after raising $34 million in a seed round led by Redpoint Ventures, with participation from the CrowdStrike Falcon Fund.

Cybersecurity luminaries, including George Kurtz (CrowdStrike), Assaf Rappaport (Wiz), and Frederic Kerrest (Okta), have invested in the company.

According to JetStream, companies struggle to monitor and control the AI agents, bots, applications, MCP Servers, and custom-built models they deploy. Most technology leaders are unable to answer basic questions about data access, AI system behavior, accountability in AI incidents, and the actual cost of AI.

The company reports that 93% of executives face challenges implementing AI governance and security guardrails. Over 80% of CEOs are optimistic about the ROI of AI investments, but half fear losing their jobs if these investments fail.

JetStream aims to provide enterprises with unified visibility and control over AI, transforming it into a strategic asset. The company says that a lack of trust is hindering the wider adoption of AI and the transition from pilot to production. To gain trust, governance and security control capabilities are needed across the AI lifecycle.

At the core of the platform is JetStream AI Blueprints™, which are dynamic, system-generated graphs of all resources working toward a shared goal. Each Blueprint maps the relationships among agents, models, data, tools, and identities behind every action. They track real runtime behavior and flag deviations from authorized purposes. Blueprints also track the cost of each workflow. According to JetStream, a Blueprint serves as the operational contract for an AI workflow.

Raj Rajamani, CEO and co-founder of JetStream, says that with AI Blueprints™, teams can understand what their AI is doing, manage risk in real time, and move from experimentation to production with confidence.

JetStream’s mission is to accelerate enterprise AI adoption by delivering a governance‑grade inspection and control layer. The company says JetStream establishes agentic identity governance and controls for virtual workforces while maintaining agent‑level cost controls without slowing innovation.

Erica Brescia, Managing Director at Redpoint Ventures, says that JetStream has a product and a team that can stay ahead as agentic AI reshapes how organizations operate.

JetStream’s founders have experience from seed to IPO at companies including CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Cohesity, Attivo Networks, Cylance, and McAfee.

The seed round closed quickly, and the company is working with F500 organizations and plans to expand across engineering, product, and go-to-market teams.

JetStream is an AI Governance company helping enterprises safely adopt AI at scale.
