Ionik Corporation (TSXV: INIK, OTCQB: INIKF) reported its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, showing an 18% increase in revenue to $48.9 million compared to the previous year.
Adjusted EBITDA rose by 56% to $9.2 million, while adjusted free cash flow reached $9.1 million. The company reduced its senior debt by $5.2 million during the quarter. The increase in revenue was attributed to the acquisitions of Nimble5, LLC and Rise4 Inc. in 2024.
Gross profit increased by 26% to $20.8 million, with a gross profit margin of 42%, compared to $16.4 million with a 40% margin in Q3 2024. The growth in gross profit was primarily due to the 2024 acquisitions.
The net loss after tax from continuing operations was $1.0 million, an improvement from the $2.6 million net loss in Q3 2024. Cash reserves as of September 30, 2025, stood at $6.0 million. The company has not drawn on its revolving credit facility of $10.0 million and believes its current capital position is adequate for its business and operational strategies.
Total undiscounted debt decreased by $5.2 million to $112.4 million, which includes senior lender debt of $74.5 million, convertible debt of $29.6 million, a vendor take-back loan of $5.3 million, and a working capital note of $3.0 million. Senior debt net of cash was $68.5 million as of September 30, 2025.
Ted Hastings, Ionik’s CEO, noted the company’s strong financial performance, including the EBITDA exceeding $9 million and the reduction of senior debt. He also highlighted progress in streamlining operations and the company’s position for a successful year-end.
