Inturai Ventures Corp. (URAI) announced it has changed its name from P2P Group Limited to Inturai Ventures Corp., according to a press release.
The company’s common shares are expected to begin trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) around November 28, 2025, under the ticker symbol “URAI.” Following the name change, the CUSIP number will be 46125N105, and the ISIN will be CA46125N1024.
The name change will not impact shareholder rights, and no consolidation of capital will occur. Shareholders are not required to take any action, and existing share certificates remain valid.
