Intrusion Inc. (NASDAQ:INTZ) has launched Shield Stratus, a cloud-native packet filtering solution that blocks known threats without traditional firewalls’ complexity.
Shield Stratus integrates with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Gateway Load Balancer for traffic inspection and enforcement at the VPC layer. It inspects 100% of network traffic, blocking malicious actors at first contact to prevent data exfiltration and C2 communication.
According to Intrusion CEO Tony Scott, Shield Stratus is built for cloud speed and scale, providing autonomous enforcement for the cloud.
Shield Stratus features include full-fidelity inspection, reputation-based blocking, elastic cloud-native architecture, observe and protect modes, and unified management through Command Hub.
The solution caters to security teams, MSSPs, and DevOps professionals, supporting hub-and-spoke architectures and multi-VPC deployments.
Shield Stratus is part of Intrusion’s Shield platform, including Shield Gateway, Shield OnPrem, and Shield Endpoint.
