NORTH WILKESBORO, NC — October 7, 2025 — Leads & Copy — InfusionPoints, a cybersecurity and cloud engineering firm, has appointed Jeff Bivens as Vice President of Customer Success. Bivens will lead the company’s customer success strategy, aligning engagements with customer goals to deliver measurable outcomes.
Bivens brings experience in cloud security and regulatory compliance, including FedRAMP. He previously held leadership roles at Dell Services Federal Government and Workiva. While at Dell Services, Bivens initiated InfusionPoints’ first FedRAMP engagement, and later selected InfusionPoints to support Workiva’s FedRAMP journey.
Jason Shropshire, COO of InfusionPoints, stated that Bivens will enhance InfusionPoints’ Build | Manage | Defend service model. Bivens said that InfusionPoints’ commitment to customer success led him to join the company, adding that the company’s commitment to customer security will ensure customer success.
