Pearson, a lifelong learning company, is using the service to develop an AI platform that combines human expertise with agentic assistants. A manufacturer has implemented its generative AI strategy using Enterprise Advantage to identify use cases, test prototypes, and align leaders around a scalable strategy. The client is now deploying AI assistants using multiple technologies in a secured environment, setting the stage for broader generative AI adoption.
“Many organizations are investing in AI, but achieving real value at scale remains a major challenge,” said Mohamad Ali, Senior Vice President and Head of IBM Consulting.
