October 7, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Hypercharge Networks Corp. has appointed Mr. Tony Geheran to its board of directors, effective October 10, 2025. Mr. Geheran, a seasoned telecommunications executive, brings over 30 years of experience leading technology and operations programs. He previously served as Chief Operations Officer at TELUS, where he led the company’s national digital transformation.
Mr. Geheran has participated in senior leadership forums at Harvard University, Stanford University, and the University of Toronto, and served on the TELUS Digital board of directors. In connection with the appointment, the Company has approved a grant of 500,000 stock options.
