September 10, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Hitachi Digital Services has launched Hitachi Application Reliability Center Agents (HARC Agents), an enterprise platform for trusted Agentic AI. The platform combines a full lifecycle of AI services to help customers with mission-critical innovations.
HARC Agents is comprised of four primary AI resources:
- R202.ai: A framework for defining the development and deployment of scalable, enterprise-grade AI workloads.
- HARC for AI: The Hitachi Application Reliability Center hosting professional and managed services that operationalize AI systems.
- Agent Library: A library of pre-built, interconnected agentic AI agents.
- Agent Management System (AMS): A single dashboard centralizing control of all agentic AI platforms across an enterprise environment.
According to Roger Lvin, CEO of Hitachi Digital Services, HARC Agents is designed to make AI enterprise-ready at speed and scale. Premkumar Balasubramanian, CTO of Hitachi Digital Services, added that HARC Agents provides a foundation for agentic systems that are secure, reliable, and integrated across IT and OT environments.
The new Agent Library includes over 200 agents sourced from Hitachi’s group companies, covering domains such as Industrial AI, Operations AI, Engineering AI, Analytical AI, Security AI, and Cloud AI. The AMS provides a centralized observability and control layer across various agentic platforms.
