Haleon has selected Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement, Data Cloud, and Agentforce to support its 4,500-strong sales force. The AI-powered solution aims to provide more productive customer interactions and strengthen relationships with pharmacists and healthcare professionals, benefiting millions of consumers with better access to everyday healthcare products.
Salesforce will allow Haleon’s sales representatives to reduce time spent on administrative tasks and access data-driven insights on consumer demographics and shopping trends. Haleon will also serve as a design partner for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement, influencing the development of Salesforce’s life sciences solutions.
