Grid AI Signs LOI with Stealth AI Data-Center Developer for Texas Campus Deployment (NASDAQ:ENTO)

Boca Raton, Florida — November 19, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Entero Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ:ENTO), through its subsidiary Grid AI, has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with a stealth-mode hyperscaler artificial intelligence (AI) data-center developer. The agreement involves deploying Grid AI’s advanced power-cluster optimization and orchestration platform at the customer’s inaugural large-scale AI campus, located in the ERCOT market in Texas.

The LOI marks Grid AI’s first hyperscaler agreement. The definitive commercial contract is anticipated to be finalized in early Q1 2026.

The customer’s initial Texas campus is projected to generate approximately $8 million in annual revenue for Grid AI in 2027, scaling to over $50 million by 2029. The customer also has additional campuses in development.

According to Jason Sawyer, Entero Therapeutics’ CEO, this LOI marks a foundational moment for Grid AI. He states that the power requirements of hyperscale AI development pose a significant infrastructure challenge, and Grid AI is positioned to synchronize generation, storage, market participation, and compute load at the largest AI campuses globally.

The strategic partnership outlined in the LOI aims to develop a best-in-class orchestration platform, unifying power-cluster design, coordinated dispatch, commercial optimization, and data analytics. Key elements of the platform’s architecture, as described in the LOI, include:

An initial deployment site in Texas for validating and scaling a world-class optimization engine tailored for large-scale digital-infrastructure assets.

A scalable, high-performance infrastructure model integrating behind-the-meter generation, storage, and flexible load management to deliver cost-efficient, resilient, and grid-supportive power solutions.

A unified technoeconomic simulation model to quantify $/MWh, reliability, and PUE impacts across various asset configurations and commercial structures.

A next-generation dispatch-control and commercial-optimization engine capable of co-optimizing grid imports, battery assets, and gas-generation blocks, while coordinating financial and physical hedge positions.

A secure, cloud-based data-capture and reporting platform providing continuous operational visibility and market transparency for data-center operators.

Marshall Chapin, CCO and Acting CEO of Grid AI, notes that the power-optimization stack needs to advance alongside the rapid growth of AI-centered digital infrastructure. He believes that this LOI signals Grid AI’s readiness to support hyperscale operators with real-time orchestration tools.

The LOI indicates that the initial Texas campus is the first of several planned facilities, creating visibility into future revenue streams and supporting a scalable go-to-market model for Grid AI. Grid AI aims to pursue a global opportunity as hyperscalers, cloud providers, and private AI-infrastructure developers build energy-dense campuses requiring advanced power-cluster modeling, dispatch and load-synchronization optimization, market-bidding intelligence, multi-asset orchestration, and full-campus digital-twin environments.
